Cooling Center set up in Citrus Heights during heat wave
The Citrus Heights Community Center will be open as a cooling center from Aug. 14-21, from noon to 6 p.m., as the area experiences a heat wave with triple-digit temperatures. The center is located at 6300 Fountain Square Drive.

Residents complain of slow mail delivery during pandemic
Some Citrus Heights residents are complaining of slow mail delivery, according to a report on Thursday by ABC 10. Cut backs in overtime and increases in the amount of mail being processed are contributing factors, the report says. (See article)
