Latest police logs show an increase in fireworks calls leading up to New Year’s Eve, along with an increase in code enforcement and animal control calls. Below are the latest police incident logs from Dec. 25-31, 2025.

- Disturbance: 84 (up from 73)
- Suspicious circumstances: 156 (down from 171)
- All incidents: 1,038 (down from 1,260)

The Citrus Heights Police Department notes that its logs “are not intended as a full and complete list of all police activity,” with some information not displayed for legal reasons, such as arrests of minors.
