Citrus Heights police on Thursday announced the seizure of thousands of rounds of ammunition and four illegally owned firearms, along with drugs and illegal cash proceeds.
Three people were arrested while officers served a search warrant last Friday, police said in a Jan. 12 release. Police said the residence belonged to a drug and firearms dealer. The drugs seized were fentanyl and cocaine. Weapons seized included a firearm that police said was stolen from Southern California.
The names and identities of the suspects and the location of the search were not released. The individuals were arrested on “numerous” charges of felony weapons and drug-related offenses, police said.
The Jan. 6 search was conducted with assistance from the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department, police said.
