Falling on Christmas Eve, the Citrus Heights City Council meeting for Dec. 24 has been canceled according to an agenda update posted to the city’s website.
The city typically cancels the second meetings in November and December that land on dates prior to Thanksgiving and Christmas and has been doing so since incorporation.
Starting July 1, 2024, Citrus Heights City Council meetings moved to the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. Prior to July, meetings were held on the second and fourth Thursday of each month.
City Hall is located at 6360 Fountain Square Drive.
