A new juice and ice cream shop in Citrus Heights is planning to celebrate their opening through a community event for all ages this Friday, with music, food trucks, and family entertainment.
International fruit-juice shop Juice Time opened Jan. 1 in between Starbucks and Firehouse Subs on the southern end of Sunrise Village.
The shop’s initial grand opening celebration scheduled for early February was postponed and the celebration is now scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13. beginning at 4:30 p.m. The first 250 customers will receive a free drink, the Sunrise MarketPlace said.
Juice Time is located at 7887 Madison Ave. in the Sunrise Village shopping center.
Juice Time, which goes by Aseer Time internationally, focuses on offering customers healthy fruit juice drinks, smoothies, other sweet treats, and ice cream with natural fruit ingredients, according to its menu.
Hours listed online say the store is open from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. though an employee said the store opens at 11 a.m.
