The event is free and will be held at the event center. Doors open at 2 p.m. and the expo will continue until 7 p.m.

Community members are invited to attend, ask questions, collect brochures, and speak directly with industry representatives about future travel plans.

Two travel agencies are co-hosting the event and will be available throughout the afternoon and evening to answer questions, take travel requests, and assist attendees with booking trips.

Organizers said the expo is designed to give visitors direct access to travel professionals and suppliers in one location, making it easier to compare options and learn about available promotions.

In addition to informational booths, vendors will offer brochures, flyers, and other travel materials for guests to take home. Attendees who book travel during the event may also qualify for special show promotions, vendor discounts, and prize opportunities.
