Students from Casa Robles High School held a “drive-thru” graduation ceremony in the Sunrise Mall parking lot Friday night with horn honking, balloons, and decorated vehicles. According to Fox 40, the event was organized by a group of mothers from the school. (See Fox40 story)
Citrus Heights man arrested after hitting motorcyclist
A 32-year-old man from Citrus Heights was arrested by Fairfield Police on Wednesday after he allegedly collided with a motorcyclist in a wrong-way collision, according to the Daily Republic. He is suspected of driving under the influence. (See full story)

Obituary: Mae R. Bottger (1931-2020)
Citrus Heights resident Mae Bottger passed away last month at age 88, according to a May 10 obituary published in The Sacramento Bee. She was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart, Billy, and is survived by her six children, 11 grand children and 15 great-grandchildren. (See full obituary)
