‘Brews in the Burbs’ festival to take over Sunrise Mall parking lot

Organizers say tickets are still available for attendance at this year’s Brews in the Burbs event at Sunrise Mall.

In an email update on Friday, Sunrise MarketPlace Executive Director Kathilynn Carpenter said the 2023 event will feature more than 20 brewers, along with wine, games, food trucks, and live music from Thunder Cover.

The event is slated from 4-8 p.m. on May 20, with VIP admissions beginning at 4 p.m. and general admission at 5 p.m. Ticket purchases range from $25-$75, with tickets going to help the Citrus Heights Homeless Assistance Resource Team.

The parking lot is located at 6041 Sunrise Mall. Tickets can be purchased online at EventBrite.com
