Families looking for local place to take photos with Santa will find an opportunity inside Sunrise Mall through Dec. 24.
A staged set with a large green chair, presents and other Christmas-themed decor is set up outside the JCPenney store, with Santa scheduled on site from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday, according to the mall’s website. Christmas Eve hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Several special events are also planned on various days throughout December, with pets invited for photos every Monday from 4 p.m to close and pajama photos encouraged all day on Tuesdays. Babies are also invited on Wednesdays for special photos, and “ugly sweaters” are welcomed each Thursday.
Walk-up photos are allowed on a stand-by basis, but reservations are recommended. Photo packages range from $40-50.
