The winners in each category were selected by voters in an online voting contest the city held from Dec. 16-19, preceded by a nomination period where the public could submit nominees. Award winners are listed below:

  • Griswold. For the brightest display of shining lights, an award was given to 6316 Creekcrest Cir.
  • Holiday Village. For the best multi-house display, an award was given to 5412 Celestial Way.
  • Hollywood Holidays. For the best use of characters, an award was given to 8246 Moss Oak Ave.
  • Outdoor Holiday Tree. For the best-decorated tree in a yard or outdoor space, an award was given to 6700 Rinconada Drive.
  • Jack Frost. For the “chilliest display of icicles and white lights,” an award was given to 7141 Cross Drive.
  • Santa’s Favorite. For the best overall appearance or theme, an award was given to 7032 Ansbrough Drive.

A seventh category, “Jingle all the way,” was also eligible for an award for the best use of music and/or animation, but the city said no nominations were received so no award was issued.

Photos of each award winner, and nominees, are viewable on the city’s website.
