Obituary: George P. Cazanis (1936-2022)
Citrus Heights resident and former Raley’s store manager George Cazanis passed away on Jan. 29 at the age of 85, according to an obituary published in The Sacramento Bee this month. Cazanis immigrated to the United States from Greece in 1955 and later joined the Army before working at Raley’s until his retirement in 1988. He was known for having a large yard where he spent his free time landscaping and gardening, his obituary says. He is survived by his wife of 47 years and their children. (Read full obituary)
