The primary home, located near Mariposa Avenue features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, on a large lot.
According to the listing, the property also includes a newly constructed two-bedroom, one-bath ADU completed in 2024, along with a detached garage topped by a game room and full bathroom. Those additional structures are not included in the home’s listed 3,500 square footage.
