A 57-year-old Citrus Heights man was arrested Monday after reportedly crashing into a gas station in Petaluma, according to the Santa Rosa Press Democrat.
In an article Wednesday, the newspaper reported that Felix Paradise III of Citrus Heights had been arrested on suspicion of DUI causing injury as well as elder abuse. The collision resulted in injuries to an 80-year-old passenger, who was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The collision occurred Monday, May 23, around 6:15 p.m. at a 76 Gas Station on Petaluma Boulevard North, The Press Democrat reported. Police at the scene said the driver “displayed objective signs of alcohol intoxication.”
