Another nail salon spa location is anticipated to open in Citrus Heights this spring.
Luxury Nail Spa is expected to open in Citrus Heights at Sunrise Boulevard and Madison Avenue in mid-April owners Hai Vu and Anna Nguyen say.
Luxury Nail Spa has a banner on the front windows of a building behind the upcoming Grocery Outlet in the Sunrise Village shopping center that says, “Coming Soon” and the company also announced on social media and their website that they are preparing to open in Citrus Heights.
Vu and Nguyen said they have another Luxury Nail Spa location in Elk Grove which opened in 2021. Vu said the space in Citrus Heights is a good location because it is next to Fair Oaks and there will also be increased foot traffic when Grocery Outlet opens in early April.
The new Luxury Nail Spa will have 32 nail stations and offer manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing and other spa services. The salon will be open seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
Nguyen and Vu are Vietnamese and moved to the Sacramento area from San Jose, California in 2013. Nguyen has 20 years of experience working in the nail industry, Vu said.
Next door, My Salon Suite, which will be a beauty professionals collective housing multiple solo entrepreneurs in the beauty industry, is anticipating opening in late May or early June, according to the Sunrise MarketPlace Executive director.
Vu said they did some research and are not worried about the salon opening next door, as the salon suite will offer a variety of other services besides nails. Vu added that the other My Salon Suite locations operate heavily on appointments.
The new Luxury Nail Spa will be located at 7811 Madison Ave. in the Sunrise Village shopping center.
